- Nestlé a+ nourish milk – 1 liter
- Nestlé Shahi Everyday Ghee – 2 tbsp
How to prepare:
Step 1: Take a pan and put it on a low flame. Add the grated carrots to the pan. Slowly add Nestlé a+ nourish milk and keep stirring it to evenly mix carrots, and Nestlé a+ nourish milk together. Keep stirring till the milk is dried up.
Step 2: Thereafter, add Nestlé MILKMAID and keep stirring. Keep the flame low to prevent the burning of the mixture. Keep stirring till the mixture is dried up.
Step 3: Now, pour some Nestlé Shahi Everyday Ghee into the pan and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Keep stirring the halwa. Now, turn off the flame.

- Pista – 3 tbsp (chopped)
- Kishmish or raisins – 3 tbsp
- Almonds or badam – 3 tbsp (slice them)
- Moong Dal (dhuli) – 150 grams
- Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee – 1 cup
- Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk – 3 cups
- Nestlé MILKMAID – 1 tin
How to prepare:
Step 1: Firstly, take a bowl and soak moong daalfor 30 to 40 minutes. Wash and clean it first to remove impurities, color, etc. After that, grind the soaked dal into a coarse paste.
Step 2: Take a pan and heat it on a low flame. Now, add Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee. Stir the dal paste on a low flame and let it turn golden brown in color.
Step 3: Now, slowly add Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk to the pan and keep stirring it to avoid lumps. Let it cook till the milk gets dried.
Step 4: Add Nestlé MILKMAID to the mixture and stir it properly. Let it cook till it achieves the desired consistency.
Step 5: Mix it properly. The Moong dal halwa is ready. Now, garnish pista, raisins and almonds and serve it hot.
